Tony grew up in the restaurant business, and has worked every position from waiter to cook to owner. He has a remarkably keen understanding of cooking, food handling, wine, and the restaurant industry in general. Drawing on his experience in management and career development, Tony oversees operations, business and legal affairs for SHG.
Eden Tesfamariam Gaim
Moving from Milan, Italy in 2004, Eden began working in New York City’s hospitality industry. She eventually opened Ovest Pizzoteca in 2009. Eden’s international background, coupled with her relationships and experience in the fashion, music and entertainment industries, makes her the perfect liaison between SHG and the communities they serve.
